In the presence of the recently appointed Minister of Finance and Economy, Mrs. Sophie Thevenoux and the Director of the Treasury, Mrs. Isabelle Rosabrunetto, MVCA was happy and honored to welcome Mr. Franck Biancheri, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Interntional Finance, as guest speaker at a round table on 10 March.

Mr. Biancheri shared his views on the development of economic and finance related activities in the Principality.

He also described the links between various initiatives of the Government and MVCA and expressed his broad support to MVCA and all its members.

After the speech of Mr. Biancheri, Mr. Roderik Rademakers, partner with Ernst & Young, presented a legal structure serving Monegasque investors and private equity funds with direct investments into other juridictions such as the European Union.

The presented structure, based on the research MVCA has done, promises to be one of the most efficient for private equity managed out of the Principality.
