On behalf of all founding members, I am pleased to welcome you to the website of the Monaco Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (MVCA).

MVCA, a non-profit organization based in Monaco, acts as a catalyst to private equity and venture capital activities inside and outside the Principality. Monaco is the home to a large number of professionals who come from and continue to be active in private equity all over the world. MVCA offers many benefits; one of them is to unlock the value of bringing these investment professionals together.

MVCA actively contributes to the imminent regulatory changes that will shape Monaco's private equity landscape. The Association also seeks to enhance the performance of its members through increased and better dealflow, informative seminars, international alliances and the development of a strong ecosystem.

MVCA was founded by a group of private equity professionals and advisors. All of them dedicated to the Principality, they have joined to contribute their time and experience to actively support the growth of venture capital and private equity in Monaco.

Monaco is a well-positioned host for sophisticated investors and through this website we want to introduce you to Monaco's private equity community, explain to you Monaco’s vision on private equity and share with you MVCA’s mission and the activities you can participate in.

I am most grateful to the support that MVCA receives from HSH Prince Albert II, His Cabinet and the Government of Monaco. I would also like to thank all the private equity professionals who have contributed to sharpening our vision. More is clearly possible when people act in unison around a shared mission.
