At 46 years of age, and having studied economics at the University of Gothenburg, Svante has 27 years of extensive global entrepreneurial experience in forming and investing in hi-tech companies and environmental protection businesses as well as a large number of companies in more traditional industries. Mr Kumlin is Swedish and has been a resident in Monaco since 1997.

During the last 10 years, he has been involved in forming and investing in start-ups and companies with growth potential. He was involved in the following companies (sold interest not serving as board member at present): JLMD Ecological Systems SA, a French oil recovery company in which he was an investor and an active board member, now listed on the French stock exchange; Cape Mining Ltd, a South African diamond mine, listed on the London Stock exchange; and founder and board member of Swede Care AB, a property group in Sweden.
