The MVCA's three categories of membership are:

 

• Full Corporate - for all legal entities that invest in VC/PE as their principal activity: PE/VC funds, Investment Companies, Family Offices, Funds of Funds, LP's Primary/Secondary Purchasers

 

• Associate
  • Financial - for professional investors who are associated but whose main activity is not Private Equity investing: Private Banks, Investment Banks, Broker-dealer, Portfolio Management Companies, Hedge Funds
  • Professional - for advisory firms experienced in Private Equity, like Auditors, Consultants, Law Firms
  • Academic - for educational or research based institutions like Universities, Associations, Research Institutions

 

• Individuals interested in VC/PE: Private Investors, Business Angels, Individual PE-Investors
